I was at an awards night last year where one medium sized business owner, who ended up taking out more than half of the awards on offer on the night, proudly stated in one of his acceptance speeches that he was available to his clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  That he would get phone calls in the middle of the night on his mobile that he would answer and attend to, or even during a social event.

For me, this just makes me sad.  Surely if your business is one where clients need to be attended to 24 hours a day, then systems can be put in place that support that, without the business intruding into your personal life like that?

Do you think you need to sell your soul to your business?  Here’s what I think-

If you need some help with strategies to put boundaries around your life and your business, so that you can better serve BOTH your clients and your family, fill in the form on the right, and I’ll get back to you to chat about how.

I've come to small business the long way round- but enjoyed and learned from every single step. I learned about the power of Media during a BA and while working in Film&TV. I learned about the hard graft while groom for an international eventer in the UK. I learned organisation and staff management from running hundreds of weddings both here and in the UK. I learned from the mistakes of my first business that failed, to create an e-commerce success story, and now I'm here to help you have even greater success in your business. Oh, and I dance to really loud music like a crazy bastard.
